Buddy visits two generational legacies--family owned and operated Patsy's Italian Restaurant in New York City and the famed Oaxacan joint in Los Angeles, Guelaguetza. First, Buddy joins Chef and Owner Sal Scognamillo to learn how to make Patsy's mouthwatering stuffed calamari and stuffed pork chop.
