Kôdo giasu: Hangyaku no rurûshu: It's a day of fun and games, as Ashford Academy holds their annual festival. Ougi and Villetta join in and feelings spark between the uncanny couple. Meanwhile, Suzaku and Kallen come to an agreement, and Shirley tries to talk to Lelouch about the letter she discovered. But Lelouch is busy with other matters as him, Euphie, and Nunnally reunite and talk of the past but Euphie's cover is eventually blown. She then proceeds to declare that she will set up a Special Administrative Region where the Elevens will be able to become Japanese again. Euphie makes this bold move to the chagrin of both Cornelia and Lelouch. They know the plan is not only na�ve, but poison for the Black Knights.
