Michael goes to see Tom and can't believe it when Tom wants him to be his lawyer. Tom tries desperately to tell Michael where Lauren is, but flatlines before he has a chance. Phyllis tells Jack that Victor is willing to bankroll the spa idea, but Jack shocks her when he tells her that if Victor's involved, she's fired. Sharon meets Yolanda at the boutique and offers to see if there's anything available for her at Newman considering the boutique's shaky future. Brad shocks Sharon by telling her that he's in love with her.
