The Animals of Farthing Wood: It starts to rain and Toad goes to find shelter for himself and the other animals and tells them of a nearby barn and the animals agree. However, whilst on watch, Mrs Pheasant gets shot and the farmer locks the animals inside the barn. They manage to escape with the help of Weasel and the rodents, Mole and Badger, but the farmer's dog chases them and as Fox is his target, it is up to him to beat the dog. After beating the dog, the animals rest in a copse and during his sleep, Badger realises that they have left Adder behind.
