Sailor Moon: Rini buys a book with paintings of Fairies in it, and talks to the creator of the book. Meanwhile, Fish Eye decides to finally take on a mission. She pretends she is a fairy in order to get close to the creator of the book. When she finally makes her move, the Sailor Scouts are there to try and stop her. Will they be able to save the illustrator?
