Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon: Motoki's girlfriend, Reika, comes back from Africa for a visit. However, Usagi soon finds out that Reika needs to make an important decision- to continue her education, she would have to go to university in Europe and would not be able to return for 10 years! But can she bear to leave Motoki behind? Usagi and Minako set out to investigate how Motoki feels, but then Tiger-Eye gets in the way of their plans when he picks Reika for his next target!
