Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Serena has become depressed since Tuxedo Mask's capture. In order to cheer her up, Mina decides to spend the day with her getting makeovers. Meanwhile, Malachite's next plan involves finding Sailor Moon before she transforms by analyzing a strand of her hair. Both Serena and Mina head to the salon where the Negaverse has set up shop, and fall into their trap. However, the Negaverse's plan doesn't go exactly the way they planned.
